Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VeriSnap ("the Service"), operated at verisnap.site. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VeriSnap provides temporary, disposable virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes ("OTPs"). Numbers are sourced from third-party providers, are sold for a specific service (for example, WhatsApp only), and remain active for a limited window — typically 20 minutes — after purchase.

Number availability, countries, and prices depend on our upstream providers and can change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that a number for a particular service or country will be available at any given moment.

You need an account to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

The Service operates on a prepaid wallet denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Deposits are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we never see or store your card details. Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts, do not earn interest, and — except where required by law — are not redeemable for cash.

Prices shown at the time of purchase are final for that purchase. Prices fluctuate with provider costs and exchange rates.

If a purchased number expires without receiving any SMS, its full cost is refunded to your wallet automatically. Once a number receives an SMS, the purchase is complete and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
• commit fraud, including creating accounts on other platforms to deceive, scam, or impersonate others;
• send spam or conduct abusive marketing;
• evade bans or enforcement actions imposed on you by other services;
• harass, defame, or harm any person;
• resell the Service without our written consent;
• probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and forfeit remaining wallet balances where the violation involves fraud or unlawful activity, to the extent permitted by law.

Verification numbers are provided by third-party telecom partners, and payments are handled by a licensed payment processor. Your use of those services through VeriSnap may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including the platforms you verify accounts on — using a virtual number may violate some platforms' own terms, and you use the Service at your own risk in that regard.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular SMS will be delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriSnap's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid into your wallet in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where practical, by notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
